Adult Development Program (ADP – 18+)
Designed for adults wanting to learn volleyball, improve technique, or transition into social competitions.
- Saturday (8–10 pm) – Tempe Robyn Webster Sports Centre
- Sunday (1–3 pm) – Burwood MLC School
Training focuses on:
- Dig, Set, Spike, Block & Serving/Receive skills
- Court movement and positioning
- Game strategy and teamwork
- Confidence building for new players
